Youth Fest

Youth Fest is a one day festival for teens 7th-12th grade.

The day of activities includes a rock climbing wall, paintball, an obstacle course, a dunk tank, foosball, ga ga ball, trampoline basketball, radio controlled cars and many other booths, food and prizes.

Mark your calendar to be with us for our second annual Youth Fest. Our goal is to encourage many unsaved teens from all over the Northeast to attend.

You can bring medical permission slip, paintball release form and fee Monday, Oct. 11.

The cost for Youth Fest includes lunch and entitles you to play all the games except paint ball which costs $1 to play. A medical permission slip must be filled out as part of the registration and a separate paintball release form is required to play paintball. Please do not let your teens bring their own paintball equipment to Youth Fest! A variety of concession stands have various foods to purchase.

Youth Fest is open to all 7th–12th graders. (Please keep in mind: Due to the nature of the day's activities, shorts and tank tops are discouraged.) We look forward to seeing you at Youth Fest 2010!

Youth Sponsor Information

  • Your church registration form, with payment for each person plus church registration payment should be postmarked by the deadline date. We do not need the names of teens or sponsors! We will have an area set aside for late registrations. Some teens may sign up at the last minute, but in order to have a smoother registration, we must have the bulk of the registrations and payments by the deadline date. We cannot give any refunds. Late registrations will be charged an additional fee.
  • Youth sponsors will be responsible for having medical permission slips in their possession. Our nurses will be available on the grounds but they will not be able to treat anyone unless the pastor/sponsor has some form of medical permission slip with them.
  • Challenge your teens to bring their unsaved friends. Those who may not come to your church may attend an event like this. Influencing teenagers for Christ is the purpose of Youth Fest.
  • Pray for the speaker and for the unsaved teens you bring.
  • Please plan to arrive by 8:30 a.m. and do not plan to leave until after the last service. We will do our very best to have you out by 5:00 p.m. Please begin making plans now to come.
  • Youth Fest will not be cancelled because of weather unless we have a severe weather forecast for the day.
  • Paintball requires a separate paintball release form.
